This service is a web-based application designed to help users monitor agent performance, including but not limited to reviewing data entered by agents, such as sales value, number of recruits, types of certifications completed, and other supporting data.
Through this service, leaders, recruiters, or authorized users may also monitor contests, reward systems, personal achievements, and agent performance progress based on the features available in the selected subscription plan.
Usage limits, including the number of accounts, feature access, data capacity, and other facilities, will depend on the subscription plan selected by the user. This service is provided on a subscription basis, either monthly or annually, according to the plans available on the pricing page.
2. User Account
Anyone may create an account, provided they comply with the applicable registration requirements for this service. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and throughout the use of the service.
Users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information, including email address, username, password, access codes, and other security information. All activities conducted through a user’s account shall be deemed the responsibility of the respective user.
Users are prohibited from sharing, lending, selling, renting, or transferring account access to any other party without prior written approval from the service provider.

4. Payment and Billing
Available payment methods may vary depending on the country, region, or payment provider used. Users must ensure that all payment information provided is accurate, valid, and usable for transactions.
The billing date will follow the activation date or the first payment date based on the selected subscription plan. For monthly subscriptions, billing will occur on the same date each month. If such date is not available in a particular month, for example the 31st, billing will be processed one day earlier or on the last available date of that month.
The listed prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated on the payment page or invoice. Invoices will be sent to the email address registered under the user’s account.
Automatic renewal applies according to the selected subscription plan. In the event of late payment, failed payment, or unsuccessful payment processing, the service provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the user’s account access.
Suspended access may be restored after the payment has been successfully completed. Any additional fees arising from the use of features, add-ons, additional services, or in-app purchases shall follow the terms applicable at the time of the transaction.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed according to the selected plan period, whether monthly or annually, unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date.
By continuing to use the service and not cancelling before the renewal date, the user is deemed to have agreed to the subscription renewal and the next billing cycle according to the active plan.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Users may request subscription cancellation by contacting Customer Service through the official channels provided.
Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 3 calendar days before the renewal date. If a cancellation request is submitted less than 3 days before the renewal date, the cancellation may take effect in the following subscription period.
Once the cancellation is approved, users may continue using the service until the end of the paid subscription period. After the subscription period ends, access to paid features will be terminated.
User data may be deleted after the subscription period ends and may no longer be accessible once the cancellation takes effect. Users are advised to download or save any necessary data before the subscription period ends.
7. Refund Policy
Payments for service subscriptions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy. Customers may submit a refund request within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the first payment date, provided that the service has not been used significantly and there has been no violation of these Terms and Conditions.
A refund may be granted in the event of billing errors, duplicate payments, or material technical issues caused by our system that prevent the customer from using the service as intended.
Refunds do not apply to automatic renewals, late cancellations, changes of mind by the customer, setup fees, add-ons, custom services, or promotional plans that have been declared non-refundable.
Refund requests may be submitted via support email by providing the account email address, invoice number, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the policies of the bank or payment provider. Once the refund has been processed, the customer’s access to paid features may be terminated or downgraded to a free plan.
8. Trial Period
The service provider may offer a free trial period of 7 days, or another duration as stated on the website.
During the trial period, available features may be limited and may not include all features available in paid plans. Users are not required to enter payment details at the beginning of the trial period, unless otherwise stated on the registration page or in a specific promotion.
After the free trial period ends, users must select a subscription plan and complete payment in order to continue using the paid service. If the user does not continue with a paid plan, access to certain features may be terminated or restricted.
9. Usage Rights and Restrictions
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Users do not obtain ownership rights over the software, system, code, design, database, trademarks, or any other intellectual property contained within the service.
Users are prohibited from:
- performing reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any other attempt to discover the source code of the service;
- selling, renting, distributing, or providing access to the service to any third party without authorization;
- performing scraping, crawling, automated data extraction, or unauthorized data collection;
- conducting hacking, unauthorized access attempts, system interference, or any action that may damage the service;

However, users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including keeping passwords confidential, not sharing access with other parties, and immediately reporting to Customer Service if there is any indication of unauthorized access or account misuse.
The service provider shall not be responsible for any losses arising from the user’s negligence in maintaining login credentials or from the use of an account by a third party who obtained access due to the user’s negligence.
12. Service Availability and Maintenance
The service provider is committed to maintaining the availability, stability, and quality of the service as best as reasonably possible. However, users understand that web-based services may experience interruptions, delays, bugs, downtime, or other technical issues from time to time.
Periodic maintenance may be carried out to maintain the quality, security, and stability of the service. In the event of scheduled maintenance, the service provider will provide notice at least 2 x 24 hours in advance through the website, email, or other official communication channels.
In the event of downtime, bugs, server disruptions, or other technical issues, the service provider will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as soon as possible based on the urgency and impact of the disruption.

If a user does not agree to the changes, the user may stop using the service or request subscription cancellation in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
The service provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account if one or more of the following conditions occur:
- the user violates these Terms and Conditions;
- the user misuses the service or system;
- the user uses the service for illegal activities or activities that harm other parties;
- payment fails, is delayed, or is not completed;
- there is an indication of security violations, fraud, data manipulation, or unauthorized use;
- there is a request from an authorized authority in accordance with applicable laws.
If payment fails or renewal does not occur for 3 consecutive months for any reason, the user will be deemed to have discontinued the subscription. As a result, account access will be disabled and the data in the account may be deleted and cannot be reactivated. If the user wishes to use the product again, the user may reapply by creating a new account.
If an account is suspended due to late or failed payment, access may be restored after payment has been successfully completed. If an account is terminated due to serious violation or misuse, the service provider reserves the right to refuse account restoration.
15. Closing Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply from the time the user creates an account, uses the service, or makes payment for a subscription plan.
The service provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on the website and shall apply from the date it is updated, unless otherwise stated.
